Longevity and Healthspan Guide

Healthspan is the number of years lived in good health - free of significant disease and disability. While lifespan has plateaued in many countries, healthspan can be meaningfully extended through sleep, regular movement, cardiovascular care, nutrition patterns, social engagement, cognitive activity, and stress regulation. Most of what matters is unglamorous, evidence-based, and within reach.
