What Is Emotional Dysregulation?
Emotional dysregulation is a persistent difficulty modulating the intensity, duration, or expression of emotion - reactions feel bigger, last longer, or arrive faster than the situation calls for. It is common in ADHD, trauma histories, and several mental health conditions.
