Worry organiser

Separating worry you can act on from worry you cannot, and containing worry rather than arguing with it, are components of the cognitive-behavioural approaches to generalised worry that have been tested in trials and meta-analyses [1][2] and recommended in NICE guidance [3]. The sorting exercise itself has not been tested in isolation, so treat it as an educational structure rather than a treatment.
