Ketamine Therapy

"Ketamine therapy" covers products with different regulatory standing: esketamine nasal spray (SPRAVATO), which is FDA-approved for adults with treatment-resistant depression and delivered only in certified settings under a restricted programme (REMS); racemic ketamine, an approved anesthetic used off-label for depression in supervised clinical settings; and compounded ketamine products, which are not FDA-approved or evaluated for depression.
