Ipamorelin

Ipamorelin is a growth hormone secretagogue that acts on the ghrelin receptor to trigger growth hormone release. It is described as relatively selective compared with older secretagogues, but it is not approved for human use and there is no adequate trial evidence for the body composition, recovery or anti-aging claims made for it.
